Elsinore Tower
he Elsinore Tower. This Cincinnati Landmark was built in 1883 as a valve house for the Eden Park Reservoir and as a spectacular entrance to the park, with stone steps leading up the hill to the Art Museum. The city replaced the old pumps in 2004 with one 72" pipe, which still supplies all the drinking water to the city.
